NOW REGISTERING FOR PRESCHOOL AND ALL GRADES
Beginning Fall of 2009, Christ the King will add a full and part-time preschool for children age 4 as of September 1, 2009.

Calendar Change 2009/2010
Effective August 13, 2009, school masses will now be held on Thursday mornings at 10:00 am, not Tuesday as indicated on the school calendar that went home at the end of the school year.

Robotics Competition Winners
Winner in the National Underwater Robotics Challenge
Sixth and seventh grade students from Christ the King Catholic School recently participated in the National Underwater Robotics Challenge (NURC), in Chandler, Arizona. PLEASE FILL OUT CTODP GRANT APPLICATION
If you are interested in being able to accept student recommendation funds from CTODP after July 1st, it is imperative that you fill out the Student Account Registration and Grant Application form.

Excellence in Writing
The Catholic Daughters of America results are in. All students in grades 4-8 entered, and CTK has won both first and second place at the local level in both Division I (grades 4,5,6) and Division II (grades 7,8) in both the poetry and the essay contests.

Excellence in Education
All 8th grade students that applied to Catholic High Schools have been accepted. Ten students will be attending Seton Catholic High School in the fall, one will be attending Xavier College Preparatory school, one will be attending James Madison Preparatory Academy, and the remainder will be attending public high schools.
